To return a product, please first read though the following and then send us an email to [email protected] giving the Order Number, Order Date and details of the item(s) you wish to return along with an explanation on why they are to be returned.
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchases from tubesandvalves. However, there may be occasions when you will need to return items to us.
Items Damaged in Transit
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us within 48 hours. If the items and/or the packaging are visibly damaged on receipt, it's best to sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs.
Items Faulty on Arrival
If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 7 calendar days inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method . If a returned item is found not to be faulty we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
Incorrect Goods Ordered.
If you have ordered an item incorrectly, we will accept them, however, a 30% or INR 800 (whichever is the greatest value) re-stocking fee will be applicable and you will be liable for the return carriage.
Need to return an item?
Please email us on [email protected] detailing the item(s) you wish to return together with the Order Number and Order Date. A member of staff will either reply by email or call you to arrange replacement and/or refunds.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD GOODS BE RETURNED TO US WITH PRIOR AUTHORISATION.
