This policy applies to products purchased or picked from our head office or godowns and shipped to your specified location. We do not offer international shipping at this time; services are limited to domestic deliveries within India.

1. Shipping Eligibility
In-Store Products Only: This policy covers products available in our physical inventory at the head office or godowns. Custom-manufactured items may have separate lead times and policies.
Order Confirmation: Shipping is available for confirmed orders placed in-store, via phone, or email. A minimum order value of INR 1,000 applies for shipping eligibility to cover handling costs.
Exclusions: Hazardous materials, oversized items (e.g., large industrial valves exceeding 50 kg), or perishable goods may not be eligible for standard shipping and could require special arrangements.
2. Shipping Methods and Partners
We partner with reputable logistics providers such as DTDC, Blue Dart, Delhivery, and India Post for secure and timely deliveries. Options include:
Standard Ground Shipping: Ideal for most orders; uses road transport for cost-effectiveness.
Express Shipping: For urgent needs; available at an additional cost with faster delivery.
Local Delivery (Chennai Metro Area): Same-day or next-day options for addresses within Chennai city limits, handled by our in-house fleet or local couriers.
Shipping method availability depends on the product weight, dimensions, and destination.
3. Shipping Timelines
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Custom or bulk orders may take 3-5 business days.
Delivery Time Estimates:
Within Chennai: 1-2 business days.
Tamil Nadu and South India: 2-4 business days.
Rest of India: 4-7 business days (may vary for remote areas).
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or customs clearance for interstate shipments. We will notify you via email or phone if delays are anticipated.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors such as product weight, dimensions, destination, chosen shipping method, and any special requirements.
Costs will be quoted and discussed with you at the time of order confirmation to ensure transparency. Taxes (e.g., GST) and any applicable duties are extra.
Free Shipping: Available on select promotions or orders exceeding INR 10,000 (within India only).
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Track your order directly on the logistics partner's website or app.

6. Delivery and Receipt
Deliveries are made during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM, Monday to Saturday).
A valid ID and signature may be required upon delivery.
If no one is available to receive the package, a re-delivery attempt will be made (up to 2 attempts), after which the order may be returned to us, and additional fees could apply.
Inspect the package upon arrival. Report any damage or discrepancies within 24 hours.
7. Returns and Refunds for Shipped Items
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, undamaged products in original packaging.
Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the error is ours (e.g., wrong item shipped).
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Non-returnable items include custom-made products or those marked as final sale.
8. Cancellations and Changes
Orders can be canceled before shipment without charge. Post-shipment cancellations may incur return shipping fees.
Address changes must be requested at least 24 hours before dispatch.
9. Limitations and Disclaimers
We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party logistics providers, force majeure events, or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
All shipments are insured up to the product value; claims for loss or damage must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.
