Stock Status
The Stock Status mentioned are only tentative and in the format of INSTOCK / OUT OF STOCK , for example
"Gen Ex-stock / 2-3 days " that is if Product in Stock Can be delivered immediately , if product is out of stock a lead time of 2-3 days is applicable. However all stocks are subject to prior sales and the client will be communicated by mail / Phone accordingly.
Delivery Services Available
All items are shipped from stock and we endeavour to despatch all orders the same day for next working day delivery. Please bear in mind that larger, heavier orders take much longer to process. Place orders early to ensure same day despatch.
All delivery charges listed are for deliveries to the Transporters Godown on freight to pay basis . (Please enter into the comments box the name of your preffered transporter and thier contact number) for door deliveries & other modes of delivery, please Email us, giving details of destination, order items and quantities (so that we can determine shipment weight & quote to you the cost). Delivery of Long Items M.S & Stainless Steel Pipes & Tubes , Angles , Channels , Sections etc....
Pipes will be delivered as un-cut single lengths ranging from 4 mtr to 7 mtr, Use the contact us form to send us your enquiry, with the details listed below. Please note we need to know All items and Quantities you wish to order to determine your total order weight.
- Model Number of ALL items and Quantities
- Delivery address, including post code
- Your contact details, including your phone number
- How urgently the product is required
Same day delivery is available on all orders where the following criteria have been met:
The order is placed before 14:00 and all security checks have been completed.
All items on the order are instock and available for delivery.
Cleared funds have been received in full for the order total.
Delivery is to a transporter mainland address.
Applies to next working day, excludes Bank holidays , Weekends , Festival & Govt Holidays .
Every effort is made to ensure that all dispatched orders are delivered to the transporter or consignment agent between 10:00 to 18:00 hours Monday to Saturday.
Collection Service.
Customers wishing to arrange their own collection may do so from our warehouses located in the postal code areas, 600001 , 600013 , 600068 , 600103 , 600060 , 600095 in Chennai . To collect ordered items, customers must produce a copy of the order copy e-mailed, emailed once the order has been processed. Please note that orders with multiple different items may be stored in different warehouses - all are in the mentioned pin codes of Chennai . Availability of the products will be informed to you by email.
