Customer Review Policy
Reviews published on Tubes & Valves product pages must come from a genuine product or procurement experience. We do not publish fabricated ratings, anonymous mass-generated testimonials, or undisclosed incentivized reviews.
What we publish
- Reviews with a reviewer name and written comment.
- Product-specific feedback that can be reasonably linked to an enquiry, quotation, invoice, delivery, installation or genuine usage experience.
- Positive, neutral and critical feedback, subject to moderation for abuse, confidential data and unrelated content.
Verification
We may ask for a quotation, invoice, delivery, order or other transaction reference before marking a review as verified. Personal transaction references are not displayed publicly.
Structured data
Product rating and review structured data is generated only from reviews that are also visibly published on that same product page.
